Detailing all this.. but what about solution for faded clear-coat?

Is there any solution to this?

I know that I should just get buffed and get the clear coated one more time..
but I thought if there is any cheaper route.

My car(custom paint)'s clear coat isn't as good as OEM paintjobs.
Its fading. When I wax it, its a lot better, but it goes away quick.

Basically, car looks like its been clear coated maybe once or twice.
Its not as reflective and shiny.

Is there any solution to this? clay bar wouldn't help at all huh?

What do you guys think about this stuff as a solution to that?

Advanced Car Wax
High-Gloss Liquid Polymer
This is the latest generation in clearcoat, safe paint care technology... so incredibile, it's the best wax you will ever use. Mother's advancements in liquid polymer technologies have allowed the blending of mild polishes with high-gloss polymers. It's easy to use and provides a stunning, super wet, long-loasting shine and protection.

Advanced Top Coat
Ultimate High-Gloss Finish
Used with Reflections Advanced Care Wax to achieve great results, this is a logical last step for an unbelievable look and finish. Designed without cleaners or polishes, Top Coat is clearcoat safe and may be applied over any type of car wax, sealant or glaze. The combination of natural waxes and modern chemistry gives your paint additional gloss, depth and protection.

No idea man, my car's paint is like 8 years old and the clearcoat is fading like a bish. When I polish and wax it brings back the shine, but its only temporary...would a slight wetsand help maybe?? not sure there...

Wetsanding won't help - you'll only be thinning the clearcoat by sanding away at it. The products you posted aren't permanent solutions - they'll make your paint look better but don't expect any permanent results.
