Car Cover Left on Overnight

Not sure if this is the right place to post but..

Would leaving your car cover on overnight if its under a shaded area be bad for the car? In terms of moisture building up from the cold air in the mornings and fog, it gets pretty cold sometimes here in San Rafael in the mornings. Or would the car cover be a good thing to leave?

Basically I'm just trying to maintain the cars look as I just had it washed and detailed and I live at an apartment that has shaded parking

thanks in advance!

If it's a breathable material you should be fine. If not the moisture will sit on the car which is probably bad.

The Honda OEM accessory car cover has breathable fabric so if that is what you have then you're fine. If that is not what you have then I would get one they are on sale @ H and A for $99.96 (regularly $142).
