brake dust and sticker removal on white rims?

Buying rims with serious brake dust deposits on it. What is the most efficeitn way to clean this? How should I remove the "Volk Rays" sticker on the the rim?

Spray the Simple Green on the brake dust, and just let it sit for several minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on it, as it it can discolor the surface it's degreasing. Scrub if necessary, rinse with water, and repeat if necessary.

You could use a hairdryer to loosen up the sticker first, and then use floss or a razor to peel the sticker off. That's how people get rid of the "Prelude" on their rear bumpers (5th gen owners). After that, use the Goo Gone to get rid of the residue.

Also follow up with some Wheel Wax to make it much easier to clean the wheels next time.
