My headlights seem to be getting fogged up like moisture is getting in them somehow and I've tried cleaning them a couple timed now what should I do?

The only way you could be getting moisture in there would be your seals are bad and leaking. Probably gonna need to break the seal and clean em up and re seal.

after clearing them, shouldn't you add a clear coat or protectant to keep it from yellowing again?

i just got meguiars headlight restoration kit and will try it out this weekend on my 97 lude..i needed something to make it brighter. i have to use highbeams most the time

Wal-Mart sells a kit for 13 dollars. Made my headlights look BRAND NEW. I believe it's like 2 steps.
