5-Star Shine is a good product, better than the goods you can buy in the store. Not waxing or polishing for 5 years is a hoax, however, and for that, I’d have to say that their marketing efforts are less than forthright. (Tough to be a legitimate company when your key marketing approach is not a reality.)
If you regularly maintain your ride, the protection will last much longer than 5 years. Lack of regular maintenance is a sure-way to get additional spider web scratching, your plastic and rubber will dry out, etc.
