white face guages...

i was installing my white face guages last night, and in order to put them on you know how you have to take all the 4 little spinner hands off from the guage pods...well i got them all off with the needles in tact and put the guages on and everything, but when i put everything back together (including all plugs and everything), the spinners wonte work...none of them!! the lights on the guages work, but none of the little spinner hands do!??? do i have to put them back on a certain way??

any advice would help!!!
thanks

You aren't supposed to take the needles off in the first place...

??? Did you take the needle off of the metal shaft or did you take out the shaft too? you were only spozed to take the plastic needle off of the metal shaft. The only thing I skrewed up was my gas needle, it snapped down in the plastic. Its gonna cost me like $20. Any one putting these in be VERY careful, ind its a b!tch. My still don't look good at night. If you skrewed it all up you should be able to get the whole unit for like $75 " at a junkyard near you"(said in tv announcer voice)
anyways hope I helped
