Water! Please Help

I recently bought a prelude, i am rebuilding the engine so i
havent really had time to look at much else. I was looking at the
back seat and it when i felt it it was really damp. I pulled it and
underneath there were puddles of water, so i pulled the drain plugs and got all the water out. Then i went to the trunk and lifted up the spare tire cover.... the entire thing was flooded, almost totally covering the spare. I popped out the drain plugs and got all the water out.
The car has been sitting for a while, but this is a lot of water. Any body know which weatherstripping I should replace? I know I have to replace the trunk lid, but don't know what else could be leaking, the only part that was wet was was the seat bottom where it touches the seat back. Could it be the sunroof? I don't think its the side windows, and the car was on an incline (with the nose up) so it couldnt be the back window. Anyone have an idea?
-Also does anyone know where I could get weatherstripping for a cheaper price than at the dealer?

You're just gona have to dig around.

There is a tube running from the the sun roof to the back trunk area - that could be dislodged (also remove the one way valve at the end 'cause it gets clogged and can cause other problems.

Good guess on the trunk seal - crawl in the back with a trouble light or flash light and have someone really flood the rear with a hose - check for leaks.

Lastly - did you check the back deck for water on the carpet lining there - sometimes the window seals break and leak.

If all the drain plugs are installed - that's about the only places that water can come in to the trunk areas.

There are tubes in each of the 4 corners of the sunroof that run to each of the 4 wheel wells (each to it's respective wheel well). With the roof open, pour a cup of water into each corner and see if it comes out that respective wheel well. If not, you need to repair/replace that tube.

Also look at the trunk weatherstripping as it can tear or get dislodged. Per Jump's method, you can remove all the trunk trim and have someone hose over the top of the trunk, and watch through the open rear seat.

Yeah, I have the 'exact' same problem. Everytime I open the door now, I'm greeted by a mildew smell. YES! SCORE!

And if you check the passanger foot well, I'm sure you will find that it's damp there too.

Anyways, def check the trunk lining, and the sunroof drains like the others' have suggested. Its been raining for the last 4 weeks in Dallas, so I just discovered my problem :-\

This is positively the wrong thread here. Please use the 5th gen forum.
