Short Ram intake

Will an AEM short ram intake for a 92-95 Civic fit a 3rd gen lude?
AEM part# 22-401, A friend of mine will sell me one for cheap$. But I wanna make sure it fits before he sends it to me.
I know it's not the best intake for our cars, but I'm getting a good price, and I don't wanna relocate the battery
