noob prelude failed emissions please help

hi guys,

i am a new member here and apparently my prelude has failed emissions.
it failed hydrocarbons and NOx.
i dont rember the numbers but the car failed by .5 in each catergory
hydrocarbon was at 2.7 => max was 2.2
Nox was 2.5 => max is 2.0
something similar to that.

i was wondering if anyone can help me i have done all i can and the numbers have not changed.
i changed

Oil + filter
Plugs
i even Ran seafoam

Today i will change my cap and rotor and wires.
can anyone please help me or tell me what i can change before i got back to retest.
i heard that changing or cleaning my EGR should help. so if possiable can anyone guide me on how to do that i am pretty handy with cars.

Thanks very much any input would help.
