Need help from someone with a helms - Honda Prelude Forum

I'm in the process of replacing my head gasket on a 2.1L 91. The bolts on the exhaust manifold were stripped, so now i definately need to take off the intake manifold. From the looks of it, its not going to be that easy. Can someone with a Helms help me out and email me the section regarding the removal of the intake manifold, or atleast give me some pointers?
