ok i have a 90 prelude 2.0. car starts fine but it idles low at about 500rpm or so and when i push the gas it bogs down then will rev fine. sounds like the car wants to die when its just idling. its happened before and the car sat for about 2 days, came to start messing with it and it started up just fine. its started happening again. so i dont think its a vacuum leak. i looked at the code on the ecu and it blinks 14 short times then a pause and repeats it self. any ideas on what i should do?

That's a strange pattern. Usually, a code 14 will have one long followed by 4 short blinks. Not blink 14 times. Weird. But code 14 is for electronic idle control. Here is a link to the online factory service manual for you to reference...

i drove the car a bit to get it warmed up and now it seems to be fine. . . . i turned it off and let it set for like 45 mins and it still runs fine i dont get it . . . is my car possesed or what?

U can adjust the idle on the top of the throttle body..

This is true. But you don't want to adjust that if it idles fine most of the time, and only has this strange idle intermittently. Reset your ecu and see if the code comes back.
