It's 90 SI ALB Automatic. You can really hear it at low speeds a low pitch whistling coming from somewhere under the hood. At least it sounds like thats where it's coming from. It doesn't do it in Park, it doesn't do it when I come to a complete stop, it's weird as hell. When it does do it, it does it in spurts of like 3 seconds. WWWHHIISSSTTLLEE (pause) WWWHHISSSTTLLEEE again. It's not high pitched either it's not really even a whistle, it sounds mopre like an owl WHHOOOOing if that makes any sence. The car has a JDM B20 in it thats been in for about 1000 miles. Timing Belt and most hoses were replaced when the swap was done. Don't know if anyone has had this problem or know what it could be. I had something very similar, though the noise was constant at high speed. Didn't start until about 45mph. Found the problem at the bottom of the air filter housing. It wasn't seated and sealed properly.

Actually put an additional felt piece around the housing at the bottom, tightened it up and the noise went away.
