My 3rd Gen runs...

Worked on it from 9:30 Thursday night to 9:30 Friday morning.

When I started the drivetrain was out of the car, the suspension was almost completely disassembled, and the brake and clutch lines were dry. I did miss a clip on one of the heater hoses in the back, but I got that taken care of when I got to my parents' house.

It was weird when it first ran. It was missing, but I couldn't figure out why. I called it my "V-Twin" Prelude. ...but I decided to drive it home anyway. It was an hour drive, and 30 minutes into it, it seemed to fix itself. And it ran pretty well.

Now, I'm lacking power. The power drops off around 5000rpm, and 2-5 it won't even make it to redline. It is idling at 750rpm and around 900rpm with the accessories on. And...it is overheating when the engine is NOT running. Also, the valves sound seems louder than it should be...and I adjusted them to the specs in the Honda manual.

Anyone have an idea?

Well...everything I mentioned above is fixed. It is making the power it should now.

I'm pretty sure the slave cylinder is going out now, and I have an exhaust leak and a A/C refridgerant leak somewhere.

nice. exhuast leak should be an easy fix, ac might be hard to find, slave cylinder is also an easy cheap fix.

Update again:

Turns out the slave was okay...replaced it anyway. Whenever the previous owner had the clutch master changed...whoever installed it left the adjustment for the rod loose, and it had tighted to the point that it wasn't allowing the pressure from the clutch line to bleed off.

I'm thinking the leak for the A/C is coming from the Discharge hose...and the exhaust leak is coming from the pipe between the cat and the muffler.
