have you thought about just dying you vinyl? It would be a whole lot cheaper than leather. But any ways if you're just going over your old vinyl you first need to prep, use some denatured alchohol or paint thinner and rub down all the vinyl or plastic you wish to cover, then you will lay your material over the part youre covering and do a prelimary cut aournd the edges of what you're covering, later you'll trim the excess, now then you'll take some 3m spray adhesive and spray all over what you're covering and the the back of the material you're covering it with, et it sit for a couple a minutes so it gets good and sticky then apply the material to what your covering, wrap it around the edges of what you're covering then after it dries you can trim the edges. then reinstall. as for your seats try this link.
