just bought a 88 2.0 si and it doesnt want to go past 3500 rpm i know its in limp mode but dont have any idea how to fix the problem!!!!! read the ecu think its codes 15,14,1,2,and 4 if im not mistaken

First thing I'd do is make sure that everything is plugged in. You have multiple trouble codes, that are not all related to each other. Makes me think the previous owner was working on the car and forgot to plug everything in. I'm assuming that this how the car has run since you bought it.
