talk about lowballing a guy

my first prelude an 88 si with all kinds of rust and ****, 190k+ miles i payed 900 bucks for, and thats was after talking them down from 1200.

if its in decent condition, and runs well, you could get a good amount of money on it

do some maintenance on it, distributor cap and rotor, brake pads, new plugs and wires, check the timing belt, change the oil and both oil and air filters, fuel filter. and you can sell it faster and probably get more money, and help it pass inspection.

good luck.

If it runs well you could usually get around 1,000 dollars for it. A lot depends on the body of the car (since they are notorious for rust) but, I bought a 88 SI with 98,000 miles on it for $2,300. So if yours is in pretty decent shape I would say you could look at between $1,000-$1,500.
