Help finding the blower motor fuse and GOOD wiring diagrams

I need to find the fuse for the blower motor because I am getting no power to the motor. I know the fuse is a 15AMP but where is it??

Also, anybody have any GOOD wiring diagrams with component locations etc.

Finally, when looking for the fuse I came across some wires by the power wires for the motor that had a diode in there. Is this stock or some othe bastardization?

Thanks

I have the Haynes manual but it is junk. It doesn't show the location of the blower motor fuse or where that diode could be.

Hey, what is it not doing?? I thought there was something wrong with my heater in my 88 S' one time becus when I would turn on the heat and try to set the temp nothing would happen. It turned out to be that there is a cable in the back of the panel that had slipped off. Check out the following link. It's talks more about it. Hope it helps you. I know a lot of people who had the same problem but it just turned out to be this cable.

Thanks but that is not the problem. Originally the blower motor didn't spin. When I took the unit out it was difficult to turn. My theory is that the motor seized and consequently blew the fuse. When I check for power at the motor I get nothing. So now I need to know where this 15AMP fuse is for the blower motor.

Also, the temp slider that selects the temperature is almost pinned to the hot side. When I try to move it to the cold it just slides back. Any ideas?

But first I need to find power to the motor. I hope the fuse is the problem if I can find it.
