Gas and Temperature Needle Problem on Cluster
Recently my check engine light stopped working along with my RPM gauge. The problem ended up being a short in the wire the operated those parts of the instrument panel. As a result I took apart the dash and got all the way to the fire wall to change the burnt wire.
After finding and fixing that issue, then putting it all back together, now when I turn the car on, the check engine light and many other things work correctly, but now my gas needle along with my temperature needle always sit at the top, and they won't go back down.
Anyone know what the problem might be?
On a side note, the needle did go slightly down when I pulled up the emergency brake up.
Also tomorrow (Wednesday the 14th) I'm also going to change the thermostat to see if that helps.
Any assistance is very much appreciated.
Thanks.
