fog lights?

i HATE the ugly urine-yellow fogs on my 3rd gen, its even worse when u have h4 conversions like me and i got the kick ass blue lights...

i want something taht is relatively the same shape as the stock fogs...piaa is expensive...id be willing to get cheap imitations as long as theyre not YELLOW...white or blue is what i want.

some handy craftsmanship with a dremal could solve your problem. otherwise you're SOL if you want to retain the stock flush look on the light covers.

all the yellow is, is like a bulb cover, you can take the whole housing out and take the bulb out and break the yellow lense and viola white beams

Hmm...that's weird, my fog lights are white when they are on...not yellow. 100% stock, owner was 40 when he bought it and 52 when he sold it to me so I know he didn't do anything to the car except take it to the Honda dealer for service.

You have a 91 though. the 90-91 stock foglights are clear. I haven't really looked at any 88-89 that closely.

I'm sort of lucky since my '91 si doesnt have the factory fog lights. So I have these inserts that match the rest of the grille next to the front blinkers in the umper. All I have to do is buy aftermarket lights and cut a hole in the inserts that will make the new lamps look flush. I recomend you pick up some of these inserts from a junked lude and cut em to make flush mounts for your aftermarket PIAAs or whatever you go with. It will look much better than just bolting em to the bumper.

yeah, my 88si doesnt have the factory fogs iether... but it has got clear wrap arounds that work as the parkers while the other orange ones on the insides of them are the blinkers...

is that normal? maybe its some aus compliance thing, it all looks factory.

(hilikus) isn't the wraparound a jdm bumper? also, where do you get the h4 conversions from when you live in eastern canada? any websites? can you fit a bluish piaa light into the foglight? if so, what would be the bulb number, and where would i get them?
