Estimated fuel economy of a 90 prelude si?

Hello, just wondering where to look up the fuel efficiency specs for the 90 honda preludes. I haven't got a clue on where to find the original factory estimated mpg city/highway specs. I guess I haven't put in the right search terms as of yet. Thank you! EZ

just an FYI

Hey Not for sure on the factory specs.
but ive got an '89 SI and i'm seeing ~26 | 28 city and 30 | 32 Hwy
obviously it all depends on how much you keep your foot out of the pedal
[and in my case w/ or w/out the 10 to 15 minute warm up time my car likes...its got 272K on it so it likes to warm up a little]

my 89 is all stock aside from a short ram intake/K&N filter and an aerospeed muffler.

Hope this helps

:Note: yes i know this post is over a month old...

you should be able to find original sales brochures somewhere online that list the fuel economy.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. I'm wondering also if going to 15" wheels and tires instead of the 14" wheels and tires would help the mpg. I'll start another thread. Thanks again!
