My friend just bought a 91 Prelude tonight. The previous owner claims that everything worked before the car was broken into. So the radio was stolen and the following doesn't work.

The whole instrumental cluster panel. The blinkers don't work as well. But the hazards do. In any way are these fused together some how? I am gonna look at it tomorrow but wanted to get some opinions, what to look for. I figured the live wire to the radio grounded out and either fried the panel or just popped the fuse.

It really depends on how the stereo was wired into the car. If the factory harness was used with an adapter, it may just be fuses. Check all the fuses in both fuse panels.
