Clutch 91 SI

Ok, so this is just to make me feel safe, I'm looking for opinions. My clutch is stuck to the floor, car will not go in to any gear, master cylinder has fluid, however there is fluid on the line at the cylinder, and at the firewall. Master cylinder out?
