Blower Motor Issues! And It"s Friggin Cold!!!

The blower motor cutout and so I got a used one from the wreckers. Anyway, I decide to check the voltage from the wires going to the motor and 0!

From what I can see there is a fuse before the motor. How do I check that badboy? It is plastic and un-openable.

What I am looking at 4 total wires coming down.

big blue - positive for motor
big black - neg for motor
little blue - goes to fuse
little black - goes to fuse

So, are there any other fuses for the motor anywhere else in the car?

How do I check that fuse etc.?

ANY and ALL help appreciated. BRRRRRrrrr! COLD!

i thought there were some inside the car. not positive tho. check all the fuse areas, it's prolly a relay, not a fuse, fuses are placed in areas that u can change them. relays dont usualy blow out. good luck

According to the wiring diagram it looks like a fuse. I also noticed that the old fan ceases to work, so I think that maybe the fuse was blown because the fan ceased.
