B20a5 motor rebuild help.

I have to rebuild our b20a5 motor. Spun a bearing. I want to get a little more horse power out of it. Not looking to do nothing crazy. We road race this car in 24 hour events. Any help would be great. Places to buy parts, Parts to use etc etc. Thanks John
