no. plain and simple.

there was like 1 person who got a vtec head to work i think. But it was sooo much work and custom fabrication done by themself.

Its just not worth it unless you can do it yourself. It'll end up costing a lot.

Which B18? The accord B18 (DOHC dual carb) will work but you'll never find it.
