Aftermarket tail lights for 88? and any tips on intake placement?

Where could i find some aftermarket tail lights? I've tried searching on this website for them and it keeps leading me to other preludes....also if anyone knows a good placement for my intake?

in addition... to make these work, you would need the trunk lid off a 90/91 lude.. which i have for sale as well..

No, there are no aftermarket tail lights for 3rd gens, either 88/89 or 90/91 styles. Sorry...welcome to the world of 3rd gen preludes.

As far as making the INX (90/91) tail lights work, you would need more than just the trunk lid. You would also need (in addition to the 90/91 trunk lid) the rear bumper, bumper support, and rear pan. Those lights won't just bolt in. The cutouts for the lights, as well as the bolt holes, are completely different. I've seen where some guys have made it work by cutting their existing rear pan, and then trying to seal up the holes so that they don't get water in the trunk every time it rains. But the results don't usually look good.

Well he wouldn't "need" to swap bumpers, but if he doesn't use a 90/91 bumper he would have a gap between the bottom of the tail lights and the top of his bumper cover. The 90/91 tail lights are not quite as tall as the 88/89 tail lights.

This has been documented many times in other forums.
