very easy. goto circuit city, get the wiring harness for your car and pick out a head unit, unless you already have one, you dont even need a mounting kit, well depending on the headunit, if its a wierd one, most of the standard ones will fit right in there!

i forget how many there are total, but there are a couple of screws on the sides of the radio that you need to take out. those are probably the ones you are missing. when i put mine in i didnt have any way to support the back of it, so i flipped the bracket for the equilizer upside down and the radio sits nicely on top of it.

wow, it's really easy to put the stereo in, just take out the 2 side panels and take out 2 screws on each side, and you're set for that,, the as said b4, get the wiring harness and you're set for that, but the speakers are a *****, the best thing there is to pay the 30bucks a pair at circuit city and have them do it! good luck!

the whole unit and brackets should come out in one piece then out with the old in with the new, get some wire nuts or somthing, and match the wire colors on the harness you buy and plug it in and test it, trust me I learned by putting it all back together and ahhh, the power came undone, then ou have to take it all apart again. heh good luck,. O If you have a chilton or somethin I think there is a explode of the dash in there if that helps.
