Tune up done? plugs wires, cap rotor, fuel filter, and the most important thing for a high rev prone to carbon engine is a fuel injection flush... one done at a shop, not out of a bottle.... does amazing things even for brand new engines....

Even the slightest tracer causes it to bog, is it idling around 700rpm without a fluctuation?
