Will 18" rims fit on my 1991 Prelude SI? What are the offset and rim width I would need to fit without rubbing?

195 40 R18. Do not go wider than 195 and do not go more than 40 sidewall height.

I would go 185 40 R18 to be safe.

If you didn't get the 18's yet, go get 17's and you will save yourself a ton of problems in the future.

Of course this is my opinion, but 18's are too big. They don't look good, will give you a harsh ride, and are too heavy. You should reconsider and go with 16 or 17 inch.
