I have a 3rd gen lude with a nice 3" down pipe! Too bad its clearance from the ground is about a quarter of an inch.
What about an air ride suspension??
What do u all think??
what is your suspension set up on it now? stock? coils? cut springs?(lol) if you have coilovers i would just raise it a bit till you get the desired clearance.. not to sure on the air suspension just doesn't seem like a just cause to spend all that money
You need to decide if it's worth it. Judging by your screen name I'm assuming you invested in an h22 swap, and then boosted it. So I'm assuming that you plan to keep this thing. I'm not sure how it would handle because I know nothing about an air ride suspension. Maybe you should look instead at using oval tubing for the downpipe instead of round. It would cost less to have a performance shop make you a custom downpipe with oval tubing than an air ride suspension I would think.
