Depending on your application, what i can tell you about the crank pulley is that if you plan to make any performance enhancements to the stock engine to increase horsepower you will want an aftermarket damper/crank pulley. i was never a fan of stock dampers. Stock dampers are tuned or frequancy sensitive; meaning they are designed to function throuout the predetermined vibration frequancy bandwith of the stock set-up. Although there are a few good dampers out there, i run a viscous type damper by Fluidampr. These dampers are frequancy insensitive and able to tune to all frequancies across the entire RPM range. Fluidampr has dampers for H, K, and B series engines.
