Here are European factory standards, specs, options and accessories for a 3rd gen Prelude. Known as EDM, these include UKDM, GDM and other European markets. A couple of the specs shown were also available in Japan and USA. JDM and USDM markets.

Everything shown in this thread is Genuine Factory Honda Parts.




Single rear fog center panel. 90-91 Prelude. The fog is always on the drivers side of the car. The rhd UKDM spec is on the right side, and lhd cars in Germany and some other countries had the rear fog on the left side.


Double rear fog center panel. 88-89 Prelude. This spec is the same for all European countries.


Rear Fog Switch. UK, Germany, France etc. Might require an EDM surround to fit.



Interior door panel cargo lights. Seen in many European countries. Also available in Australia. EDM and AUDM.

Power Folding and Heated Mirrors.


harness, relay for the switch and relay module for the mirrors.


switch has 2 distinct buttons. One for heating (defroster) and one for the power fold.

I used to have an 88 4ws prelude.. made me love hondas.
Didn't the EDMs have heated seats too?

^ I know that the Scandinavian market had heated seats. I don't know about the countries in Western Europe. I am also pretty sure that Canada had heated seats and heated mirrors for 3rd gens.

i've seen quite a few ukdm's(edm), infact i have 2 of em myself. but never seen the headlight washers, or the door panel lights. also, bought the jdm folding mirrors, but never heard of the heated mirrors on the 3rd gens b4.
