Your take on Gr-2's

I have them installed on the front of my car along with eibach sportline springs. Has anyone else had negative experience with them?? I find mine bottoms out a little too much. also is there any other bushings or anything i should be looking for damage?? I had to replace the sway-bar end link bushings because they were blown to pieces.

I just put a set of GR2's on with stock springs . . . MUCH better than my stock setup that was pushing 140k miles, but I guess pretty much anything would have been.

The Sportlines are a little aggressive of a lowering spring to be using with GR-2's honestly, that's why you may experience some bottoming out. If you're going to use GR-2's use spring that are at most 1.5" lowering....preferrably higher and closer to stock than that for the best ride quality.

I really wouldn't use those gr-2's on anything other than around stock ride height. From talking to friends and co-workers, they're just a step above stock & not what they expected.

I bottomed out more than expected with these shocks and I was lowered about 2". Like most ppl above, I wouldn't recommend them for lowered vehicles, but more of a stock replacement

You could check out the Tokico HP Blue shocks. They are supposedly more performance oriented than the GR-2's and cost just a little bit more. We have pretty low prices on Tokico as well. Check out: www.importrp.com and contact me if you wanna see a total package price I could give you shipped.
