Wiring Question (4G)

Okay guys, I have a 4th gen prelude. I just order some nice Infinity Kappa 1" tweeters. They come with their own crossovers. I was wondering what the best way to wire them was. I know there's a speaker line that runs off of the door speak up to the tweeter location, but is there an in-line crossover or anything for the stock tweeter? I'm asking because you're only supposed to use the supplied crossover. Would it be okay just cutting the connectors off of the stocker tweeter wires and hooking up the crossover to that and go from there? Or would it be better to run new speaker wire? Let me know guys. Thanks.

Woops, misread your post. Okay, you have just tweeters and not a component set. Just splice into the factory wire into the crossover and run new wire to the tweeter. Piece of cake. The factory crossover is on the tweeter itself (a cap across the terminals.)

So I can just hook up the Infinity crossover straight up to the existing factory tweeter wires without any problems right? Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
