I need to know which wire on the inside of the car (for those of you with helm manuals) the starter signal (+) is on a 4th Gen H23

I sent you a pic of the schematics that might have what you are looking for. Electrical is not my specialty, and this was the only diagram that had the starter in it. If this doesn't help let me know.

The only other thing I saw was a wire labeled "HOT IN START", which is Blue/Red. It looks like it is coming from the "ECM Main Relay" to theright side of the pic you got.

Damn, I don't know anything electrical asides from car stereo.

Looks correct, now to find which harness that wire is on :P I think P2W knows which wire/harness it is, but has to go home to look.
