Windshield Washer stopped working

Can somebody tell me what's involved in fixing/replacing the washer? I've checked the lines and squirters and they're clear.

i have a feeling mine is also fried...ever since my jdm swap when i pull the lever to spray, i don't even hear the motor making noise...where is the motor located?

It's on the washer bottle inside the left fender.
