Windshield washer not work

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my 92 Prelude. I recently ran over a big pot hole (we have tons of them here in Montreal) and the plastic drainage plug at the bottom of the Windshield washer tank container came loose and now is gone, resulting in all the fluid totally draining out.

So, I used some automotive goop to seal it back, albeit permanently, and refilled the tank with new windshield washer fluid. Now comes the problem where no liquid will come out when I use the windshield wipers. The wipers work and everything but no fluid comes out. The tank is sealed tight and isn't leaking.

Do you guys know what's up? Probably a loose cable or something?

do you hear the pump cycle? if not then I'm betting your pump is bad, check the fuse first, when you sealed it up did you inspect the pump or the connector?

Obvious thing to check but,
Are you sure its not leaking early from a hose that got disconnected?
