windsheild molding...

i just got a 92 si a couple days ago so i'm fixing all the little stuff. anyway, the windsheild molding is popping out. here's a pic.

i tried to just pop it back in but there's a lot of resistance and i don't wanna break it. any ideas what to do? thanks.

Yeah, I have the same problem. I think it's pretty common with preludes though. Not quite sure what you could do about it. Hey, are there black strips on your roof that look all crappy? What did you do about them?

yeah there were strips, but they were red and all rusted and stuff. i just popped them off, there's like 3 plastic clips on each one(becareful though i broke 2 of the clips), and am in the process of repainting them. i'm not sure if i should paint them red or black though.
