Window Trouble....Help!!

My passenger-side window will not roll up. I think that the fuses are okay, because the driver's side window works fine. The passenger side will not roll up or down (a problem, because it's stuck down) though....

I searched the posts, and will rip off door panels when I get home tonight to inspect the switches. NEITHER the passenger side or driver's side switches will work. I also have a Helm manual, so if anyone knows where the relevant info in it is, tell me the page #'s.

For anyone that has taken apart their switches to clean them...how did you go about doing it?

If anyone has had this problem, and can give advice/tips, I would totally appreciate it. This thing has me

Do you hear the motors running when you hit any switches?

I had a prob with my passenger side window before too, but my only prob was rolling it up from the passenger side, it still worked when i used my driver side button to roll it up. Cleaning it was pretty simple, you just remove one screw behind the handle, and the whole piece pops out, then you unsnap the electrical connectors and take off the whole main piece. Two small screws hold the switch on... remove these and take the switch out, then pop the button off using the tip of a knife or screwdriver. Then just look at the metal connections inside and scrape any parts that look dark and corroded until they are clean. Installation is reverse of removal of course. My switch has been working great since i did this.

my drivers side window has been acting up lately.....when i push both buttons to roll up both windows....the drivers side will sometimes not go up till the passenger window is up. Is this the same sort of problem?
