B's will not fit, even if it did I don't know why you would want to, you'll never make the power with a B series that an H is capable of. If you're capable of putting the motor together yourself you could always go K but if you aren't capable of sourcing the right parts and building it yourself then you'll spend a lot of $$ trying.

Just order an H, easiest way to go.

he was probably talking about putting a VTEC head onto your h23 block aka frankistein swap. There are people who do this, and some of those people are unsuccesful in making it work properly.

You don't just pop a k24 in there, it takes a good amount of modification.

the actual install for the K is fairly straightforward, but invovles $$$ in parts, etc...not to mention getting A/C to work

I would get an accord k24 if I had the choice.

H22 is the easiest and cheapest, maybe only $100 more than the h23. the h22 ecu's are running $250/pop now on ebay though

There have been a few 4th and 5th gens with K20's, the main things that decides whether its worth it or not is if you are capable of doing ALL the work yourself and if you can source out all the parts for decent prices. If you can't do the swap yourself you better have some deep pockets.

1. If you don't know how / what to mod, you should just stop there

2. Obviously you can do it easier in a civic due to the fact the base block is virtually the same. Much like you can easily swap a b20 into a b18 del sol / civic / etc.

For the money whatever person your talking about is asking for a prelude with a f*cked motor you can just buy a low mileage JDM h22.
