I believe so, give your local dealer a call and they'll probably honor it. What they wont do is bulletins post-warranty, so you're on your own there. But, like anything else, unless it's broken, don't fix it. While I don't personally work at a dealer, my brother and dad do, and they'll tell you the most annoying thing is when a customer comes in with a laundry list and says "well, I found all these things on the internet, people say I should get them fixed" when it turns out nothing is wrong with the car whatsoever. But yeah, your recalls are covered. If it's a safety recall, like your seatbelt buckle etc. brakes, they'll most likely cover that for life too, at least they used to. Honda's a beautiful company when it comes to things like that, I've heard plenty of stories about transmissions being warrantied when the car was over 20k past warranty, try that at a GM or Ford dealer, they'll laugh you out of the service drive.
