Will a H22A1 VTEC Megan header fit on an H22A VTEC JDM engine?

I probly sound like a noob when i ask this but will a H22A1 Megan VTEC header fit on a H22A VTEC engine? i wanna know because i might get a Megan racing header

Have they fixed that second bracket (one that connects to lower engine block) issue yet?

I remember on my h23, it broke off so most people don't connect it.
