yes, you will need to modify one of the holes on the flange. are you stalling this yourself?

You'll actually have to modify all three holes on the flange.

GReddy exhausts are all made for VTEC models which have a larger cat therefore, the holes on the flange are located in a different position.

You will have to drill the holes on the GReddy exhaust flange inwards toward the piping in order for the studs on the cat flange to slip into the holes on the GReddy exhaust flange.

Basically this is what the GReddy exhaust flange looks like:
• •

•

You have to get it to look like this by drilling inwards:
• •
•

Just take your time because you don't want to drill too far. I had to do this on my Previous 93 Si to get my SP exhaust to fit. Drill them in a little and then bring it out to test fit it. If it doesn't fit, then just go back and drill some more. I think I did this process about 5 times before it fit right.

Good luck.

Mark

Sorry, my drawing didn't come out the way I thought it would but hopefully it helps.

Basically the holes just have to come closer to each other while still maintaining the triangle shape.
