Will EGR blockoff & coolant bypass pass CA SMOG?

I'm selling my car and it will need to be smogged after the sale, so I don't want any problems for the buyer. I have an EGR blockoff plate and the coolant rerouted on my 92 Si H23 (OBD1) and I was wondering if it will pass CA SMOG.

I know that it won't throw a code, but will the NOx levels be too high and/or will the SMOG place notice the rerouted coolant lines and fail visuals?

I tried searching and there was no definate answer - if I missed a thread, sorry for this post and please link me to the answer

Thanks guy.

There is definitely a possibility that the NOx could be too high. It will depend on how well the engine is tuned and how well your cat is working.

I'm running a RandomTech Hi-Flow Cat. I'm starting to think I should undo the EGR & Coolant mods.

Yeah, the lack of EGR could send your NOx above legal limits, but some engines might be able to pass if they were running right on the money to start with. If you have the sensor unplugged and are throwing a code, I'd say definitley plug it back in.
