Why do my shocks sound like this?

Hey guys,

I have had this for a while now but I am going to be dropping my lude and I want to figure out what it is. Whenever my suspension compresses (speedbump, dip in the road) I hear a kind of squishing/creaking sound. Is this just the springs flexing or could the shocks be going. I don't notice any excess bouncing or body roll.

What do you think?

try greasing or spaying some wd40 or liquid wrench or some silicone spray and shoot it up at your control arm where it attaches to the top of your frame...

it cured my annoying squeak for a while...so i just spray it every once in a while...

so eventually you should replace your control arms...they are expensive though, about $135 each

mine used to do this REALLY bad, but it just randomly went away and doesn't do it at all. But yeah, I would try greasing it up.

Do you have a camber kit? IF so, it could be the polyurethane bushings... nothing WD40 or some grease wont fix...

i don't think your control arms are going bad yet....your car is too new...but it can hurt to spray some liquid wrench or silicone lube up there...see if it helps!
