Who uses their lumbar support?
I was just wondering who uses their Lumbar support frequently
I use mine sometimes when I'm doing a long trip or my back starts to hurt....and sometimes I just forget I even have it lol
So do u use yours?

On long drives my back used to bug me with the lumber support. I have had it off ever since.

When I had my stock seats I used it all the time. But now that I have my nice seats, I dont have a adjustable lumbar. I was thinking about getting a lumbar pad from Sparco or something... Its pretty stiff as it is right now though...

the lumbar support is a little handle on the side of the driver's seat. when you pull it up, it pulls an extra little "cushion" up to support your back (supports the natural curve of your spine i guess). i just keep it on because without it, my back sags into the seat and i get really uncomfortable really quick.
