White smoke at idle!

Hi

This seems fairly odd! The engine seems fairly smooth at idle and I have recently done a compression test which came out good but the exhaust is putting out a little white smoke (only at idle) although when when i rev the car and hold revs higher, there is NO white smoke!

It isn't thick smoke and the idle revs are not high and i am not leaking water/coolant as far as i am aware!

Is this normal or do i need to check something?

Cheers , Chris

I did wonder if that was the case and i may just be a little paranoid!!

It is about 8-10*C at min but my wifes car doesn't produce the same smoke!

Would the smoke not be worse when i rev it if it was the temperature?

Cheers

That is pretty cold, so it could just be condensation. Does the car still smoke after the engine has fully warmed up? Are you 100% positive that you are not losing any coolant?
