where is the main relay
it's finally time for me to fix this problem and want to know where exactly it's located?

under the dash, more or less above the steering column. its really dig in there... its brown and has like a 5 wire plug going to it.

when it's hot out my car on't start, my friend works as a service manager at an acura dealership and told it was the main relay and was cheaper to do it myself.

mine starts fine when it's hot as long as i've started it before.....WAIT --> I am having the same problem

thanks for the pic, can't wait to get it done. i hate being at a gas station and the car not starting, it's makes it look like a POS and have to wait there like a jackass.

That wiring thats on the column is the wiring i did this winter when i was in a hurry to get my remote start alarm 2 way installed. Hey it was damn cold. but now its been cleaned up cause its warm.

Yea like i said you try and do wiring when its 38°F outside and see what your wiring looks like. on the other hand i do have cool windows.

just for future reference
ANYTHING electrical requires you to unplug the battery, just to be on the safe side

that is the part...I have the same problem with my lude...Heres the thing..I got mine out of a part lude that had the dash already removed.So unbolting it was mad easy.Now to do it into my lude with the dash still in is gonna be a *****...

All you do is take a flat head screw driver and pry between the grey and maroon on the bottom side and pull on the harness and it comes out. swap it with the new maroon relay piece and plug it in and your set. Look at the pic above, i think you will understand what i mean.
