he has other JDMs for 100, but the cover is kinda messed up, not really bad tho

I bought from thios guy before too. He is a great guy to deal with and his stuff is exactly like he says it is. The reason shipping is high is because he lives in Japan and has to ship overseas. I ordered a complete set of 4th gen fogs from him and it took about 4 days to get to me.

He does "buy it now" quite a bit. If you e-mail him with an offer and he accepts he has you place a bid to become the high bidder and he then ends the auction. That is why the price is so low, the buyer pays what they agree even though e-bay says different.
