They're kind of right though, those stores don't carry specific dealer options for cars...other parts, yes, but don't expect them to carry gps factory options, fog lights, switches, trims etc.
keep in mind these are old cars and fog lights were a factory option so only fog lights out there are going to be in junk yards, online or from fellow prelude owners. There's no known aftermarket knock offs for 4th gens that a parts chain like the stores you mentioned stocks. You can either find some online or install universal fogs those stores sell.
I'm glad they're harder to get though so not everyone has them
Prices for clears tend to be $100-120 depending on what's included and around $100-200 for yellows. If you look around you sometimes finds deals. I think I paid $100 for my yellows last year.
